Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, with the hygiene sticker intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that become defective within 14 days of delivery are eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For orders outside the European Union, no exchanges are offered. In this case, a refund will be issued after receipt of the return.

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, with the hygiene sticker intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item). Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
